Is there a cancellation fee?

A

Cancellation fees will be charged 7 days prior to the scheduled stay.
A cancellation fee will be charged based on the room charge (excluding consumption tax) as follows, starting from the day before the first night of stay.
7 days prior (30% of the room charge), 3 days prior (60% of the room charge), 2 days prior (80% of the room charge)
The day prior to the first night (100% of the room charge), the day before (100% of the room charge), the day of stay (100% of the room charge), and no-show (100% of the room charge).

Is it possible to use the facility on the day-of without a reservation?

A

It depends on the reservation status of the day. Please inquire by phone.

Q

The weather forecast predicts rain on the day of my reservation.Can I cancel or reschedule?

A

We apologize, but if the cancellation originates with the customer, a predetermined cancellation fee will be charged.
It is possible to cancel the reservation and reschedule; however, if the requested date is not available and the rescheduled reservation cannot be confirmed, or if the reservation is rescheduled and then cancelled again, a cancellation fee will be charged for the cancellation of the original reservation.

When are reservations open?

A

Reservations can be made until the end of the month three months after the 1st of each month.
(e.g.) Reservations can be made on December 1 until March 31.

What should I do if I don’t receive an email?

A

You may have specified a domain name, or your registered address may be incorrect.

What are the rates for children?

A

Infants to elementary school students will be admitted free of charge if they sleep with their parents and do not require meals.
Meals and extra beds are available for a fee if required.
Please fill in the required information on the reservation page to confirm details of the rates.
Junior high school students and older will be charged per person.

Up to what age are the children’s rates applicable?

A

Children’s rates are applicable up to elementary school age.

Can I specify the location of the tent where I will stay?

A

The position of the tent cannot be specified.
Tents are assigned according to the number of people staying and availability.

Is the facility available for exclusive private rental?

A

Exclusive rental may be possible upon consultation. Please contact us for information on renting out the entire facility.

Is there staff on site?

A

When there are overnight guests, staff will be stationed near the facility in case of an emergency. Contact information will be provided upon arrival.

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?

A

In principle, no transportation is provided.

Can I have my luggage delivered in advance?

A

You can send your luggage in advance. We can also help you ship your luggage to your next destination when you check out.
Please be sure to write the name of the person who reserved the room and the date of stay on the invoice and send it to the address below.
When pre-sending luggage to SETONITE, please specify an arrival date no later than the day before your stay. When sending luggage to your next destination, we can only send luggage as cash on delivery, so please be sure to notify staff prior to check-in.

Is there a service fee?

A

This facility does not charge service fees.

Can you prepare cakes and bouquets for special occassions (anniversaries, birthdays, etc.)?

A

We can prepare these for you.
In principle, reservations are required at least 3 days prior to your stay. Please select “Anniversary Plan” as an option when making a reservation, or contact us by phone.

Can I use the facilities before check-in or after check-out?

A

We are sorry, but please refrain from using the facilities before check-in and after check-out.

Can I borrow rental items on the same day?

A

Rental items are available by reservation only. Please reserve items when you reserve your lodging.
Please note that we may not be able to provide the rental items if you make a reservation on the day-of.

The facility is available for use in the event of rain.

Strong winds (snow) are expected. Can I still use the facility?

A

The facility will not be available for use in the event that the facility is deemed unoperable due to inclement weather such as a typhoon or heavy snowfall.
In such cases, cancellation fees will not be charged.

What is the approximate temperature in Tamano City?

A

In Tamano, summers are short, hot, muggy, humid, and mostly cloudy; winters are cold, windy, and mostly sunny.
Throughout the year, temperatures vary from 3°C to 32°C, but are rarely below -0°C or above 35°C.

A typhoon is forecasted to approach. Can I use the facility?

A

The facility will not be available for use in the event that the facility is deemed unoperable due to inclement weather such as a typhoon or heavy snowfall.
In such cases, cancellation fees will not be charged.

There is a convenience store about 3 minutes away by car, and a supermarket and other stores about 10 minutes away by car.

A

Many attractions such as sightseeing spots, workshop facilities, restaurants and other locations can be found in Tamano.

What are the emergency preparedness plans for fire, earthquakes, etc.?

You will be guided to safety under the direction on our staff.

When there are overnight guests, staff will be stationed near the facility in case of an emergency. Contact information will be provided upon arrival.

The maximum number of people per tent at this facility is 4.

Can I stay at this facility by myself?

A

You can use the facilities even if you are on your own. However, there is not a rate for one person, so you will be charged for two people.
Additionally, if the guest staying alone is a minor, we ask that a parent or guardian present a written consent form.

Can I stay overnight with no meals?

A

A no-meal plan is not available.
All plans include two meals (the same price applies even if you do not require meals).

Do the rates vary depending on the number of people staying in one tent site?

A

Rates are subject to change depending on the number of guests.
Please check details on rates after entering the necessary information on the reservation page.

What are the check-out and check-in times?

A

Check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out time is up to 10:00.
An extension of check-out time is available depending on reservation status.
The extension fee is 2,200 yen per hour (tax included) and can be extended up to 12:00 pm.

Is smoking allowed?

A

Smoking is not permitted in tents, eating areas, or on outdoor decks.
Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas.

Can I drive my large car / high-roofed vehicle there?

A

Large and high-roof vehicles are welcome.
Please note that there are narrow roads on the way to our facility.

Can I go there on motorcycle?

A

Motorcycles are welcome. Please inquire with our staff upon arrival for parking locations.

Is there bicycle parking available? Can I bring my mountain bike or road bike?

A

There is no dedicated bicycle parking area, so please inquire with staff upon arrival for bicycle parking.
Mountain bikes and road bikes are welcome, but are not allowed in the tents. The facility is not responsible for any theft or accidents on the premises.

Can I go in and out at night during my stay?

A

Lights will be turned off after 22:00; please do not leave the premises after that time.

Restrooms are available in each tent.

A

Shower facilities are provided in each tent, but no bathtubs are available.

Can I charge my electric vehicle?

The facility does not provide charging facilities for electric vehicles.

A

In order for guests to enjoy the outdoors and things not usually able to be enjoyed, there are no televisions in the tents.

Pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel. Additionally, we cannot watch pets for guests.

We are sorry, but we do not allow pets, including non-dog pets, to accompany guests.

No drones are allowed to be flown on the premises.

Is there a children’s play area?

A

No playground, climbing toys, or other play items are available, but the pool is available for use by advance reservation depending on the time of day. Please note that pool use requires a fee.

Please note that there is a possibility of insects in the facility as it is very close to nature.

A

There is no public bath at this facility. Shower facilities are available in each tent.

It is possible for wheelchair users to use the facility, but there are steps and other non-flat areas in the facility, so we recommend that a caregiver accompany you.

A

Activiies unique to the facility are the sauna and pool; these may be used with a reservation.

※ The infinity pool is a facility that all guests can use. (Reservation required) Please note that it is not a private facility for guests staying in the ‘Infinity Pool Villa’. If you are booking the Infinity Pool Villa, please understand this and make your reservation. Also, just booking the ‘Infinity Pool Villa’ does not give you access to the infinity pool.
If you wish to use it, please be sure to apply for the ‘Infinity Pool’ from the options.
*Please note that day use (use by non-guests) is not possible.

Where are meals served?

A

Each tent has a separate dining area.
After dinner, drinks can be enjoyed in the circular wood deck area and campfire space.

What time are meals served?

A

You can choose to start dinner at 18:00 or 18:30.
Additionally, you can also choose to start breakfast at 8:00 or 8:30.
We will ask you for your preferred times at check-in, but please note that we may not be able to meet your requests depending on the number of other guests.

Can I choose the meal menus?

A

Dinner is a BBQ course and therefore cannot be chosen, but there are a la carte menu items that can be ordered in addition to the course menu.
You can choose from two types of breakfast, Japanese or Western; please select when you make your lodging reservation.

A

For hygiene management purposes, please eat in the dining area provided in each tent.

I have food allergies, can you accommodate my needs?

A

We can acccommodate your needs; please consult us know in advance when you make your lodging reservation.
However, since food is cooked in the same kitchen as ingredients containing allergens, it may not be possible to completely prevent contamination.

We will do our best to accommodate your needs, so please consult staff in advance when making your lodging reservation.

Can I bring fireworks?

A

Only handheld fireworks are allowed.
Use is limited to designated locations.
Please ask the staff about when and where fireworks may be used.
We reserve the right to refuse the use of fireworks if we believe it will disturb other guests.

A

Only soft drinks may be brought in. Please note that there is no refrigerator in the tent.

Can I bring my own food? Can I bring in food and cook it? How much is the fee for bringing in food?

A

Bringing in food is strictly prohibited.
In the event that you are found to have brought food in, you will be asked to pay a carry-in fee of 5,000 yen (excluding tax) per group.
In addition, the facility will be responsibile for food poisoning caused by food that is brought in.

For safety management reasons, we do not allow items used to make fire to be brought into the facility.

Please refrain from bringing in plastic/vinyl pools.
However, beach balls and floats used in our pool can be brought in.
Please inquire in advance as to whether or not other items may be brought in.

Payment by credit cards is possible.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners, and Discover.
